Resolving Issue while creating project in VS2010 - No Exports were found that match the constraint

After installing the new version of Visual Studio VS2010 , I came across a different error message while trying to create new project , to say create anything newly. We are going to see the details of the error message and how to resolve that issue. 

ERROR:
On clicking , File -->  New Project the below error message pops us in VS2010

"No Exports were found that match the constraint"

below is the screenshot of the error message I have encountered. 

After analysis , it is found that on cleaning of some temp files the above error can be suppressed.

Steps to Resolve:

1. Try to delete ComponentModelCache folder from below location. "%AppData%\..\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\11.0\" and after successful delete recreate the folder with same name "ComponentModelCache".
2. Problem was resolved by installing update for Visual Studio from the below link. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36020

After the above two steps , try to Reopen your visual studio and you should be able to create new projects and do whatever you want.

சமீபத்தில் நான் படித்த ஒரு புத்தகத்தை பற்றியதே இந்த வலைப்பதிவு. அப்புத்தகத்தின் கதையும், கதை சொல்லப்பட்ட விதமும், அக்கதையில் கையாண்ட உத்திகளும், கதை மாந்தர்களும், கதை முடிவும் என்னை கொள்ளை கொண்டன என்றால் அது மிகை அல்ல, அதன் வெளிப்பாடே இந்த வலைப்பதிவு.

நான் இவ்வளவு சிலோகத்து பேசப் போகும் அப்புத்தகம்

அமரர் கல்கி அவர்களால் எழுதப்பட்ட புகழ்ப்பெற்ற் தமிழ் வரலாற்றுப் புதினமாகும். 1950 - 55 வரை கல்கி அவர்களால் கல்கி வார இதழில் தொடர்கதையாக வெளியிடப்பட்டது.

இக்கதை சோழச் சக்கரவர்த்தி அருள்மொழி வர்மன் அவர்களை பற்றியது. இவர்தான் பின்னாளில் இராஜ இராஜ சோழன் என்று அழைக்கப்பட்டவர். இவரது இளமை பருவம், நற்பண்புகள், குடும்ப நிகழ்வுகள் மேலும் அக்காலத்தில் நடைப்பெற்ற பல்வேறு நிகழ்வுகளை கற்பனைக் கலந்து தனக்கேயுரிய பாணியில் விவரித்திருப்பார் கல்கி.

இக்கதையை பற்றி மேலும் நான் விவரிக்க விரும்பவில்லை. இதனை படிக்கையில் எனக்கு ஏற்பட்ட அதே உற்சாகமும் களிப்பும் தங்களுக்கு கிடைப்பதை நான் தடை செய்ய விரும்பாததனால் உங்களிடமே விட்டு விடுகிறேன்.

எனினும், இக்கதையில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ள சில முக்கிய என்னை கவர்ந்த கதாபாத்திரங்களைப் ப்ற்றிய சிறு தொகுப்பு:

• இக்கதையின் உண்மையான கதாநாயகன். அருள்மொழி வர்மனின் உற்ற தோழன். இவருடைய குணாதிசயங்களையும், வீரப்பிரதாபங்களையும், காதல் வாழ்க்கையையும் மிக அருமையாக விவரித்திருப்பார் ஆசிரியர்
• குந்தவை:
• சோழ சாம்ராஜ்ஜியத்தின் இளவரசி. அருள்மொழி வர்மனின் தமக்கை. இராஜங்க விஷயங்களில் கூட அறிவுரை கூறும் அளவுக்கு அறிவு கூர்மை உடையவளாகவும் இப்பாத்திரம் படைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும்.
• அருள்மொழி வர்மன்:
• இவர் தான் இக்கதையின் நாயகன். சோழ சாம்ராஜ்ஜியத்தின் இணையில்லா அரசராக, "இராஜ இராஜ சோழர்" என்று மக்களால் அன்புடன் அழைக்கப்பட்டவர்.
• நந்தினி:
• இக்கதையின் முக்கியமான கதாபாத்திரங்களில் ஒன்று. காண்பவர் அனைவரையும் தன் அழகினால் மோக வலையில் விழ வைக்ககூடியவள்.இவரின் நடவடிக்கைகளும், சதி செயல்களும் கதையின் போக்கை தீர்மானிக்கும் வகையில் இருக்கும்.

மேலும் சில கதாபாத்திரங்களின் பெயர்கள்:

• வானதி
• பூங்குழலி
• சேந்தன அமுதன்
• மந்தாகினி
• ஆழ்வார்க்கடியான் நம்பி
• அனிருத்த பிரம்மராயர்

ஒரு கதையை முடித்த பிறகு நமக்குள் அக்கதை பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்துவதும், அதைப் பற்றி விவாதிப்பதுமே அதன் வெற்றி ஆகும். அவ்வகையில் இக்கதை படித்த அனைவரையும் ஆட்கொண்டிருக்கும் என்பதில் ஐயமில்லை. 

இனிவரும் பகுதி இக்கதையை படித்தவர்களுக்கு மட்டும், மற்றவர்கள் கடைசி பத்திக்கு செல்லவும்.
இக்கதையின் முடிவுக்கு பிறகு எனக்கு ஏற்பட்ட சில ஐயங்களை கேள்விகளாக்கி இருக்கிறேன். அவை கீழே,

3. நந்தினி உண்மையில் வீரபாண்டியனின் மகள் என்றால் மந்தாகினியின் கதாபாத்திரத்தின் தன்மையே அங்கே கேள்விக்குறி ஆக்கப்படுகிறதே, ஏன் இந்த முரண்பாடு?
4. கடைசியில் கருத்திருமன் என்ன ஆனான்?
5. மந்தாகினி அருள்மொழி வர்மனிடம் மட்டும் அவ்வளவு பாசம் கொள்வதற்கான் காரணம் என்ன?

Insight on Clipboard SetDataObject Method

I came across a weird error in my application today. I have a screen with grid and on clicking Retrieve, Grid is populated with data. On clicking on a cell and on mouse right click, I will be prompted with custom context menu with Copy and paste option. When i click on Copy menu item, i was thrown with the below error.

"Requested clipboard operation did not succeed"

On debugging through the code, I was able to find that I encountered the error when I try to paste the value into the clipboard.

               

After I have changed the code as below, I was able to overcome the error.

The above method, SetDataObject is an override method for clipboard operations. Please find below for some more information on the method

Explanation:

Clears the Clipboard and then attempts to place data on it the specified number of times and with the specified delay between attempts, optionally leaving the data on the Clipboard after the application exits.

Namespace: System.Windows.Forms

Parameters

data

Type: System.Object

The data to place on the Clipboard.

copy

Type: System.Boolean

true if you want data to remain on the Clipboard after this application exits; otherwise, false.

retryTimes

Type: System.Int32

The number of times to attempt placing the data on the Clipboard.

retryDelay

Type: System.Int32

The number of milliseconds to pause between attempts.
